YASKAWA MOTOMAN NX100 robotic welding system

The MOTOMAN welding line is in good condition and has only worked about 100 working hours.
Such a set is mostly used in the production of agricultural machinery – trailers, frames, axles.
Made to order or assembled from standard products (except portal).

The automatic welding station consists of:
Station – HD Gantry HP6/EA1400N
Positioner – HSB -10000SX
Control unit – NX 100

Welding:
Arc welding.
MIG/MAG welding.
Possibility of pulse cooking.
The thickness of the wire used is 1 – 1.2 mm.
The minimum seam height is 3mm.
Maximum wire feed speed 25 m/min.
Welding handle cooling function.

Laser tracking:
Seam search using laser sensors.
It is used when changing the position of the seam.
Possible deviation from the position of 5 mm.
Increase in welding time by 30% and more (depending on the product).
Seam fixation at min. 3mm for drop.

Positioning:
Positioner – HSB-10000SX
The carrying capacity of the positioner is 10,000 kg
The positioning accuracy of the robot arm is 0.0001 mm

Dimensions of welded parts:
Height/width – up to 3000 mm (including mounting hardware).
Length – up to 6500 mm (including mounting equipment).
Maximum weight – up to 3500 kg (limited by lifting equipment).
Specifics of the parts that can be welded:

Batches of high precision coupling parts.
Long weld length.
Large metal thicknesses min. 5 mm.
Rigid product construction.
When a consistent high-quality weld is required.
High bending tolerance of parts.
High tolerance of overall dimensions of parts.
Welding inside the part – depth 110 mm.
